Welcome to the DUTCH SOCIETY OF WEAVERS The Vereniging van Vlechters is a society which aims at stimulating a vivid contact between anyone with a passion for weaving in general and basketmaking in particular. It does so by publishing a newsletter (Vlechtbulletin), by maintaining this website, by organizing special events and by supporting working groups (Werkgroepen). The society was founded in 2004 and has approx. 250 members at this time.
